Role Overview:
As an SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant at Accenture, you will be a crucial member of our SAP delivery projects, serving as a Functional Expert in SuccessFactors solutions. You will closely collaborate with clients, understanding their business and functional requirements, and translating them into SuccessFactors design documents. Your expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and your understanding of clients' needs will play a key role in designing effective and efficient solutions. This role may involve leading a functional team and working on longer-term projects.
Qualifications
We are looking for experience in the following skills:
Expertise in SAP Time Management Solutions: Demonstrate a deep understanding of both Traditional SuccessFactors Time (Absences) and the new Time Tracking Module, including Attendance Management.
Knowledge in key areas such as Accruals, Work Schedules, and other related time management functionalities.
Integration Expertise: Proven experience integrating third-party time and attendance clocking systems with SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring seamless data flow and system functionality.
Integration with Employee Central Payroll: Strong understanding of integration points between SAP SuccessFactors Time Management and Employee Central Payroll, ensuring compliance and accurate processing.
SAP S/4 or ECC Time Module Knowledge: Familiarity with the S/4 (or ECC) Time module (RPTIME) is desirable to facilitate effective system integration and troubleshooting.
Experience with Other Time Management Systems: Knowledge of third-party Time Management systems such as Kronos or Workforce Software is advantageous.
Project Leadership: Ability to lead a workstream on SAP SuccessFactors projects, providing strategic oversight and ensuring successful project execution.
Project Management: Effectively manage project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure alignment with client goals and expectations.
Innovative Thinking: Bring industry best practices, process knowledge, and the latest trends in SAP SuccessFactors Time to drive continuous improvement and innovation in client solutions.
Problem Solving and Analysis: Skilled in identifying and resolving complex HR and technical issues related to SuccessFactors implementations.
Client Communication: Proficient in preparing and presenting detailed project status updates and reports to senior leadership and clients, ensuring transparent and effective communication.
Collaboration and Influence: Ability to collaborate and influence leadership within the SAP Talent & HR domain at Accenture to ensure alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.
AI and HR Technology Trends: A keen interest in the latest AI trends and innovations in HR technology, with the ability to leverage them to drive business value for clients.
