As a member of one of the world’s largest Workday-certified teams, you’ll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. You'll provide integrated, cloud-based financial management solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work from rapid deployments to complete transformations.
We are looking for a Workday Contracts to Cash (CTC) Consultant to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you will help our clients get the most out of their Workday investment by:
- Lead and participate in all Workday Contracts to cash implementation lifecycle phases, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements, translate them into Workday configuration, and provide advice on best practices.
- Configure Workday modules to meet business requirements related to Contracts to Cash processes.
- Identify strategies, risks, and options and recommended approaches and mitigations to meet client/functional requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as finance, IT, and project management, to ensure seamless integration of CTC processes with other modules and systems.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices
- Demonstrate design options using prototyping
- Understand and apply Workday and Accenture Workday Methodology
- Provide Project Leadership with status updates and keep them apprised of the overall project status.
- Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder management to achieve project objectives.
- Support innovation through the creation of new industry-leading methods and assets.
Ideally you will have a strong finance background and a demonstratable track record on the Workday platform, either as a consultant or in a client role, owning and driving the Workday agenda.
You are self-motivated, solution oriented and have experience in managing and communicating with a variety of stakeholders. You are results-oriented and able to sell your ideas with a reasoned and evidence-based approach.

Qualifications
Workday Financials Certification in Contracts to Cash, Projects, and Project Billing. Additional Workday Certifications are considered an advantage
Strong finance transformation track record
Experience from several full-cycle Workday implementations
Strong understanding of Accounts Receivables, Projects, Project Billing and Revenue Management processes and best practices. Fluency in English and/or another language
Ability to meet client travel requirements as needed
Able to efficiently manage a virtual team and client interaction
Thrive in a diverse, dynamic environment
Think analytically and effectively apply logic to solve problems
Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines despite conflicting demands
Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across teams Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex messages and requirements
Strong desire to work with clients and provide exceptional client experiences
Additional qualifications
