Customer Complaints Specialist - Utilities

Career Levels: 12 & 14

Location: Newcastle, Cobalt Business Park

Hybrid working dependent on business demand (after initial training period)

The Role:

Your main responsibility will be to provide support to customers who are experiencing challenges or issues.  You will be handling complaints, troubleshooting and logging faults when notified by customers to enable tracking of resolutions.

As well as a competitive salary, a 37.5-hour week (Monday to Friday including bank holidays - 8.30am - 5.00pm and 9am to 5.30pm) we offer a variety of excellent benefits including (but not limited to!):

Qualifications

CL12:

You will need to have either: 

  • A minimum of 12 months of experience working in a contact centre, with high levels of complaints handling experience.

  • A minimum of 18 months experience in the Utilities Industry, with some experience of complaints. 

CL13:

You will need to have at least 9 months previous experience of working in a Customer based role such as retail, hospitality etc, or in a contact centre.
