As a Security Consultant, you will:
Be client facing to interact closely with the client to help resolve client challenges
Support complex Identity & Access Management/ Digital Identity deliveries across industry groups, working with global teams
Support the practice in various new initiatives across the firm, including innovation and go-to-market.
Qualifications
The following skills and experience are essential for this role:
Essential Skills:
- Five + years of experience
- Understanding of the identity and access governance (IAG) suite and the best practices, with experience of having an IAG solution implemented
- Have work experience in leading vendors e.g. SailPoint, Savyint, Okta, Omada, OneIdentity
- Critical thinking and advisory – diagnose and curate options to address problems to leadership
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate to technical and nontechnical audiences at various hierarchical levels
- Possess strong organisational skills to facilitate management and tracking of large and sometime complex projects to achieve desired outcomes timely
- Have developed and maintained operational documents, e.g. run books, user training, break-glass process, etc.
Desirable Skills:
- People management, have lead multi-national teams
- Experience with building custom connectors to integrate with other applications
- Certification in Sailpoint, Saviynt or any other Identity Access Management software
- Knowledge of common information security management frameworks, such as ISO/IEC, 27001, COBIT, and NIST, including 800-53 and the Cybersecurity Framework
- Experience on PowerBI, Active Directory
- Cloud hosting architecture, onboarding cloud accounts / CASB
