You Are:
As an Enterprise Solution Architect domiciled in the UK for at least 5 years, you will lead the development of complex solutions across various transformational opportunities. Your typical day involves collaborating with diverse teams to architect end-to-end integrated solutions that leverage a mix of offerings and capabilities, ensuring alignment with client goals and maximizing value for both the client and the organization.
Client & Project:
We are seeking a new talent to join the Solution Architecture & Planning team where you will have the opportunity to develop solutions for several UKI Digital Core offerings including Managed Service Reinvention, Intelligent Infrastructure Services and Custom and Platform Software Development augmented with AI. You may be required to work in sensitive environments and need to be security clearable, meaning you will have at least 5 years continuously domiciled in the United Kingdom.
Responsibilities:
As an Enterprise Solution Architect, you will be responsible for leading the development of complex solutions across multi-tower and multi-service transformational opportunities. Your role involves architecting end-to-end integrated solutions by leveraging the best mix of offerings, assets, and capabilities to maximize value for the client and Accenture. You will ensure that the solution aligns with the client's organizational goals. You are expected to be a subject matter expert with deep knowledge and experience, possessing strong influencing and advisory skills. Engaging with multiple teams, you will be responsible for team decisions and providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams as well as addressing business area challenges. Expert proficiency in Solution Architecture is required. Expert proficiency in Enterprise Architecture Framework is recommended. Advanced proficiency in Transformational Outsourcing Planning and Strategy and expert proficiency in Technology Solution Estimating is desirable.
Day to Day:
Provide advanced guidance and shape architectural approaches to ensure high-quality solution delivery across multiple service areas.
Collaborate with stakeholders to influence strategic decisions and align technology solutions with business objectives.
Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to enhance solution design and improve overall project outcomes.
Lead cross-functional teams in resolving complex challenges and fostering a collaborative environment.
Elevate quality standards by mentoring peers and promoting best practices within the architecture community.
Present solutions to senior leadership during the approval process.
Be confident in articulating complex solution decisions in a manner which the risks can be appropriately assessed and mitigated.
Excellent client stakeholder management and able to understand the issues, opportunities, choices and desired impact a CIO, CDO or CTO seeks from a technology partner
