Deal Structuring & Pricing Manager (all genders)
Shape the future of the biggest deals. Make business history.
Your Mission
You lead deals — owning the financial model, driving the commercial workstream, and presenting directly to approval committees and client leadership. You'll also mentor junior analysts, setting the standard for how the team works.
The deals themselves are among the most complex in the market: multi-hundred-million managed services contracts, DAX company transformation programs, international outsourcing transactions. You'll sit at the intersection of strategy, accounting, legal, tax, and negotiation — with direct exposure to senior stakeholders on both sides of the table.
At Accenture, you shape the environment in which you thrive – with ways of working that suit you. You stay flexible and become part of a team full of unique individuals who make a difference together

- Prepare and present decision-ready materials for internal approval committees
Team Development
- Mentor and develop junior members of the team — setting quality standards and reviewing their work
- Share commercial judgement and modelling best practices across the team
- Contribute to improving team processes and ways of working
Stakeholder & Client Engagement
- Communicate complex financial scenarios clearly to senior internal and client stakeholders
- Coordinate with Accounting, Legal and Tax teams to optimize transactions contractually and from a tax perspective
- Identify risks early, escalate proactively, and bring constructive solutions
