Job Description
Join a large transformation program run by an insurance company, focused on implementing a new core system for non-life insurance and integrating it into the overall company’s application landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Understand and translate customer business needs into technology solutions within the integration area.
- Facilitate discussions and consult with clients and Accenture colleagues from other teams to prepare Interface Agreements, ensuring seamless integration between different systems.
- Manage the review process of Interface Agreements with various stakeholders, including both business and IT.
- Design solutions for data integration and exchange between multiple systems, focusing on supporting required business functionality and utilizing existing technology resources.
- Consolidate end-to-end scenarios to describe how different business transactions and operations are supported across various systems within the implemented solution.
- Support the preparation of the Implementation Plan, determining the sequence of functionality and interface implementation to ensure logical progression during the design, build, and testing phases.
Qualifications
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Experience in preparing functional designs in the Integration Area.
- Basic functional knowledge of different integration concepts and approaches (e.g., EDGE API, SOAP vs. REST, real-time vs. batch, Enterprise Service Bus).
- Basic functional knowledge of various technologies.
- Proficiency in English.
Strong Advantage:
- Experience in preparing technical designs in the Integration Area.
- Knowledge of Czech or Slovak (C1-C2).
Nice to Have:
- Experience in the Finance or Insurance industry.
- Experience in implementing core systems in Financial Institutions in a designer role.
- Experience with modeling in Enterprise Architect or similar tools.
