Technical Integration / Architecture Manager

Position Summary/Overview: 

The Integration Architecture Lead is responsible for the planning, coordination, development, and supervision of all activities related to the integration of software programs, applications, and third-party solutions to meet the business requirements of the client. The integration needs are primarily focused on connecting on-premises and cloud-based commercial software applications. This individual is also responsible for developing and maintaining an application integration architecture blueprint for the organization.

What will be your role: 

  • Responsibility for the integration architecture design 

  • Provide expert advice to project teams on use of integration technology, data architecture and modeling, system architecture including integration best practices 

  • Provide oversight in standards adherence through reviews of project work 

  • Work with project teams in definition of requirements for integration strategies of their projects into the Enterprise Architecture 

  • Manage internal resources as well as augmented or externally sourced team members 

  • Communicate project status to various levels of management 

  • Oversee the technology and standards for version control 

  • Partner with leaders of other disciplines to ensure proposed solutions align with information, technology, infrastructure, business and security architectures 

  • Estimate the demand for resources (people, budget, time) based on the complexity of the project 

  • Leading a team of more junior colleagues, providing guidance and developing their skills and capabilities  

  • Most of the projects will be in Telco, Finance and Products industry 

Qualifications

  • At least bachelor degree, and 5+ years of relevant work experience

  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture, systems architecture, integration architecture and data architecture standards, frameworks, and practices

  • Knowledge of common system integration methods and technologies 

  • Expertise in solution design and development, vendor management, enterprise application support, in addition to strong business understanding and project management 

  • Proven experience in managing relationships with vendors/consultants, IT teams and internal stakeholders (in particular in IT) 

  • Experience in a management or supervisory role on an integration development team

  • Excellent communication skills

  • An interest in staying hands-on technical as well as wearing the team management hat

  • Established project management skills

  • CZ/SK and ENG language fluency
