Job Description
What’s the Role about?
As an HR Advisor/Generalist, you’ll be the go-to person for our client. You’ll need to know the ins and outs of all HR processes and handle some specialized tasks. Plus, you’ll get the opportunity to dive into cross-training, special projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Be the main contact for client employees with HR questions via phone, chat, and email.
- Look up and enter data in various HR systems.
- Create official HR documents like references.
- Flexibly adapt to different client needs.
- Lead improvement projects and take on extra tasks as you grow in the role.
In addition, You will be guiding in self-service tool when someone changes their job or personal information, and you will be advising in career development planning. Some examples of what you will be handling:
- personal information changes
- leave of absence requests
- compensation topics
- promotion and other job changes
- onboarding activities
- payroll activities
As HR Advisor you never know what your day will look like; you might be talking to new joiner lost in onboarding steps, solving complex questions about retiring process, or assisting an employee during important milestones in the career, working with managers and HRBP’s. You will have experienced colleagues to help you get started but before you know it, you will be an expert yourself, helping other new colleagues get the best start possible!
This is what you already have:
- You enjoy communicating and you are fluent in Dutch
- You have a good eye for detail
- You like to give customers the best experience possible
- Nice to have - knowledge of Polish Labor code standards, or even already experience in HR field and desire to develop further in HR agenda
- Sufficient computer skills, MSFT office tools knowledge (especially excel knowledge and ability to learn and use various systems efficiently)
