The Work:
As a EA True Up Specialist, you will execute structured multi-channel (call, email, social) outreach cadence, high volume 80+ daily. Targets predefined list of clients or sourced prospects, including decision influencers, limited business decision makers. Produces Qualified lead/opportunity record in target CRM, may include scheduled meeting or other follow up expectation. Individual contributor as part of a team with a predetermined, narrow scope of work. Requires detailed to moderate level of oversight.
Main Responsibilities:
The role requires a highly motivated, target driven, determined individual that is organized with excellent communication skills. The role is responsible for generating leads for all Microsoft Products. The agent should be comfortable on the phone with customer issues as well as contributing to build a best-in-class customer service.
Secures True up orders, reconciles Online service reservations and EAS Anniversary orders on time, as per Microsoft agreement program & policy rules.
Working with customer and partners, ensures applicable orders, including Zero usage are placed on Microsoft during the TUP/Anniversary window ensuring agreement compliance.
TAS must review and understand customers licensing position, what products form part of the customers original commitment to Microsoft, & what OLS licenses they have reserved.
TAS, should research the customers industry, company size and industry trends to determine their needs and identify upsell/cross sell opportunities.
Whilst engaging with the customer on TUP/Anniversary discussions, TUP specialist will also discuss other added value Microsoft products that the customer could be interested in purchasing as an additional product. TUP specialist should also discuss added value offerings such as technical
evaluations, copilot trials etc. as determined by MicrosoftTAS must ensure TUP/Anniversary orders are submitted into Microsoft designated tools, i.e. MSX and forecasted accurately
Meets and exceed targets for TUP/EAS anniversary orders.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
0.5 + years Sales background/ experience
Language Required: English - minimum level C1 required
Proven good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude toward clients and coworkers.
Needs to have capacity / commitment to learn about all Microsoft products for sales purposes
Excellent client service skills
Ability to work well under pressure and react to business needs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Follow all Information Security policies and processes as required per the job function/role
Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant experience in technology and technology sales
Experience in having sales and activity quota
Has metrics based sales experience with emphasis on performance, quota attainment and promotions
Demonstrate speed, agility, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills with an ability to ramp up quickly
Proactively communicate to clients on progress and proactively identify areas where clients can improve on how they use our solutions
Minimum of 1 year of sales/ inside sales and experience working with SMB level customers preferred
IT environment experience preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
