Your daily work
- You advise our customers in the context of ServiceNow architecture in such a target-oriented way that the business processes digitally transformed with ServiceNow have an innovative effect and innovatively improve amortization times.
- As a ServiceNow Architect, you have an overview of our customers' entire IT architecture. You will work closely with all other responsible parties in agile, diverse and interdisciplinary teams.
- In particular, you always keep an eye on technical and process-related dependencies between the ServiceNow platform and other customer systems.
- In your projects, you will be able to quickly analyze and design company workflows. Based on this, you deliver a customized process architecture that is optimally aligned with the options of the ServiceNow platform.
Qualifications
Who you are
- You have a degree or many years of professional and project experience (+ 3 years) in complex consulting projects with deep insights into the ServiceNow platform (architecture, principles, functions, implementation methodology).
- You possess in-depth knowledge of one or more ServiceNow workflow areas: IT Workflows (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, ITAM, DevOps, Security Operations, IRM), Employee Workflows, Customer Workflows or Creator Workflows; proven in certifications as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer and preferably as Implementation Specialist.
- You have routinely worked with JavaScript, relational databases and web technologies.
