Global CIO – Technology Business Management Workstream Lead

The Technology Business Management (TBM) Office team is the central hub that coordinates the planning and oversees budget and financial management for CIO Projects and Operations teams according to IT governance and financial principles. 

A workstream lead oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of their workstream, managing timelines and resources to meet objectives. They coordinate with other workstream leads The Technology Business Management (TBM) Office team is the central hub that coordinates the planning and oversees budget and financial management for CIO Projects and Operations teams according to IT governance and financial principles. 

A workstream lead oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of their workstream, managing timelines and resources to meet objectives. They coordinate with other workstream leads and ensure compliance with CIO financial standards. Additionally, they guide and support team members, helping them navigate challenges and stay on track. Workstream leads ensure business processes are executed efficiently and identify improvements.

Previous experience in CIO project management or a Project Management Office (PMO) will facilitate an easy transition to this role. In order to be successful in this role, candidates should have strong understanding of financial management and budgeting and experience leading junior team members in a global team.
