Job Description
Conduct incident analysis for operations teams, including root cause investigations and development of long-term remediation strategies
Manage change control processes and implementation procedures
Evaluate impacts and provide technical support for new service rollouts on M365, include internal and cross-workstream teams.
Prioritize and resolve critical severity incidents
Qualifications
Knowledge in M365 services
Professional experiences in EXO, Microsoft EMS E5.
Experience in SharePoint & Entra ID would be better.
