Job Description

AI解决方案能力 基于NLP和大语言模型 设计并开发先进的AI解决方案 以满足业务需求 负责将AI技术应用于现实问题 提高业务效率和决策
大语言模型Prompt和微调能力 熟练使用大语言模型 包括设计高效的Prompt 进行微调以优化性能 以支持各种自然语言处理任务 如文本生成 文本分类等
研究和创新 追踪最新的NLP和大语言模型研究 探索新的技术和方法 以确保公司保持在领域的竞争力

Qualifications

本科以上学位 计算机科学 自然语言处理或相关领域优先
丰富的自然语言处理和大语言模型经验 包括在大型AI项目中的成功经验
熟练使用大型AI模型 如GPT 3 BERT等 包括Prompt设计和微调
对NLP和AI领域的最新发展和趋势保持敏锐的洞察力
英语口语流利
 AI, NLP, LLM, GenAI
