Your daily work
- Realize trading & risk management systems project successes
You will support our capital market clients, both domestic and international, in a committed and results-oriented manner with the introduction or further development of their trading & risk management systems, from conception to technical implementation. - Pave the way to the cloud - from requirements gathering to implementation
From the idea to the requirements gathering (business analysis / requirement engineering / business process modeling) to the implementation, you will take responsibility for the redesign of e.g. front/middle and back office processes, risk management functions, collateral management and treasury operations using systems such as Calypso, Murex, FrontArena, or Orchestrade.
- Work in interdisciplinary, cross-functional teams
You are experienced in using modern methods in the creative development process (e.g. agile, design thinking) in interdisciplinary, cross-functional teams. You will moderate workshops to model and define customer-specific solutions and act as an expert for system integrations.
- Manage specialists from all over the world using agile methods
With the appropriate experience, you will act as Product Owner, Scrum Master or Lead Business Analyst and coach agile delivery teams, often in collaboration with nearshore/offshore colleagues.
Qualifications
Who you are
- You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree - ideally in the fields of business informatics, computer science or engineering.
- You have in-depth knowledge of capital market processes and several years of professional experience in at least two of the following asset/product classes: FX/PM, MM, Equities, Bonds, Derivatives.
- You have a proven track record in Calypso, Murex, FrontArena, Orchestrade or similar trading systems in front and/or back office modules and have relevant experience with market data, pricing, product configuration and the trade lifecycle.
- You have practical experience in technical business analysis and requirements engineering as well as knowledge of agile methods (e.g. Scrum/SAFe).
- You can express yourself clearly and confidently in both German and English.
