You are:
An experienced Change Manager with deep expertise in strategic communications within the Public Sector. You know that organizations must adapt to stay relevant, and you have the expertise to guide them through transformation. You understand the importance of clear, compelling communication in driving change, engaging stakeholders, and fostering adoption. Your ability to craft messaging, build communication strategies, and execute change initiatives makes you a trusted advisor. You are known for your ability to influence, align leadership, and enable employees through engaging and transparent communications.
The work:
Lead change management efforts with a strong focus on communication strategy to drive stakeholder engagement and adoption.
Develop and implement human-centered change and communication strategies tailored to Public Sector organizations.
Translate strategic direction and business objectives into holistic change and communication plans.
Design communication roadmaps that address stakeholder concerns, ensuring clarity, alignment, and impact.
Use leading communication and change tools and methodologies, including:
Predictive analytics for stakeholder insights
Engagement, collaboration, and facilitation tools
Experience design using personas and organizational analytics
Develop and deliver communication materials (e.g., key messages, executive presentations, FAQs, stakeholder briefings) to support change initiatives.
Equip leaders and employees with communication strategies and tools to navigate transformation with confidence.
Support business development, including proposals and client relationships.
Contribute to the growth of our Talent & Organization practice through thought leadership, market research, and knowledge sharing.
Travel as needed based on client requirements.

Qualifications
Here’s what you need:
At least 5 years working as a consulting practitioner.
At least 3 years of Change Management experience with a strong emphasis on strategic communications.
5+ years of experience within Government/Public Sector.
A Bachelor’s Degree.
Bonus points if:
At least 5 years’ experience working as a consultant on change management and communications.
At least 5 years’ experience in 3 or more of the following areas:
Change Analytics
Stakeholder Engagement & Communications
Change Tracking
Executive Communications
Design Thinking
Change Capability Development
Agile Change
You have experience designing and executing communication strategies for large-scale public sector transformations.
You have expertise in digital tools like HR Automation, Future Workforce Design, and Analytics.
