The work:
· Design and build the next generation ERP solution within S/4 HANA retail for merchandise management Fashion and vertical business
· Contribute to transformative large-scale, global complex work streams requiring specific knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA retail/Fashion Master Data, Master Data Governance, Product, Product Hierarchy, Finance, Location, Business Partner, and assortment functions.
· Lead teams to design, setup, test, and deploy functional master data solutions that ensure the foundational elements that anchor all capabilities within a global ERP system are working together seamlessly.
· Work with project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create stand out solutions powered by SAP S/4 HANA and SAP Master Data governance as the SAP digital core
· Analyze and provide leading practice on technical and functional integration requirements
· Guide the testing cycles as well as perform cut over activities as required for go-live preparation.
· Guide performance testing & training teams rolling out a successful module to the end user community
Qualifications
Here’s what you need:
- A minimum of 5 Years working in solution architect or team lead capacity of SAP Fashion Retail Master Data and SAP Master Data Governance
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience working in Product, Site Master, Article and Merchandise Hierarchy, assortments, and SAP MDG-BP Business Partner (Customer and supplier), MDG-F (Chart of Accounts, GL Accounts, Profit Center, Cost Center, Organizational units etc.) functional areas
- A minimum of 5 years of SAP Application / Solution Integration delivery methodology
- A minimum of 5 years' experience of managing in a global delivery model (onshore and offshore – resources)
- A bachelor’s degree or completion of a college diploma
- This role is in our Local ATCs (Montreal) and will require on-site work 2-3 days per week
- English is required for this position as this role will be aligned to multi-national teams where English is the common language across our Global Enterprise. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking multi-national teams, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.
Bonus points if:
- Experience leveraging the Retail/fashion extension by Prometheus Group (formerly Utopia) for SAP MDG a plus
- You have external consulting experience
- Fluency in French is an asset
