The work:
• Help clients understand best practices so they can do more with SAP
• Spot strategies, risks and options, and then recommend approaches that sidestep problems and help clients meet their needs
• Lead, coach and advise project staff in addition to managing their performance (depending on the project)
• Give clients options for designs using prototypes
• Work with clients and stakeholders to make sure they get where they want to go
• Use your business smarts to kick-start continuous improvement and transformation programs, whether domain- or platform-led
• This role is based out of our Montreal Delivery Centre and will require on-site work 2-3 days per week.
Qualifications
Here’s what you need:
• Minimum 2 years of SAP implementation, transformation or continuous improvement experience
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in SAP Business Warehouse technical experience
• Minimum 2 years of relevant project experience, implementation cycle or support
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other relevant fields
• Must be fully fluent in French and English
• English is required for this position as this role will be aligned to multi-national teams where English is the common language across our Global Enterprise. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking multi-national teams, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.
Bonus points if:
• You’re familiar with BI tools such as SAP BOBJ (highly desired)
• You have experience working with 2LIS Datasources
• You have experience in ABAP development
• You have experience in BW Security
• You’re familiar with SAP Analytics Cloud.
• You can grasp a solution, talk about its business objective, and configure the solution and tools
• You’re an ace at managing projects
• You’re great at working creatively in a problem-solving environment
