About the role:

We are looking for a Delivery lead, who would directly interact with clients to understand their needs and expectations and ensure timely resolution of all customer issues and concerns.

Responsibilities

  • Project Planning and Execution:
    • Review project estimates and impact analyses.
    • Assess project complexity and allocate appropriate resources.
    • Identify and manage project dependencies.
    • Oversee offshore-onshore coordination for smooth information exchange and query resolution.
    • Execute key project management activities, including planning, work allocation, tracking, status reporting, and quality assurance.
    • Collaborate with track leads to ensure successful delivery.
    • Address and resolve feasibility issues with clients.
    • Review change requests to maintain process adherence.

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading India-based development and maintenance teams.
  • Strong ability to plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of application development and maintenance projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, management, and technical teams.
  • Deep understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Proven ability to manage diverse teams, including performance management, coaching, and resource allocation.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Should be comfortable in working with Multi-vendor Landscape.
  • Ability to work out of Accenture office or client location (downtown Toronto) in person, 1-2 days per week

Preferred Skills:

  • Should at least 1 full cycle of Guidewire Implementation experience.
  • Minimum 15 years of Delivery experience in distributed geography delivery.
  • Should have worked independently with client for delivering work package.
