You Are:

We are looking for a highly effective SalesForce Marketing Cloud practitioner to join our team. This person will utilize best practices and methodologies to design and implement the best solution for our clients. This key member of our team contributes to the entire software development lifecycle including analysis, requirement specification, use case and data modeling, development, testing, and implementation as well as educating and leading others in the form of code reviews, workshops, and documentation.

The Work:

  • Engage with the customer to understand their unique business challenges and initiatives .

  • Work with business and technology client representatives to gather technical and business requirements in a consultative manner.

  • Analyze requirements and provide best practices suggestions in the design of the solution.

  • Design and create training materials needed for the project (e.g. job aids, reference guides, campaign flows).

  • Oversee the management of project’s documentation.

  • Lead the implementation of Marketing Cloud workstream ensuring that data is connected appropriately

  • Configure, build, and test journeys or automations based on proposed designs

Qualifications

Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • Minimum of 6 years of campaign management experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

  • Minimum of 6 years designing marketing solutions (e.g., capability assessment, requirements gathering, experience design, process reengineering).

  • A minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required for this position

  • Must have experience working on marketing automation platforms integration and activation

  • English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

  • Bilingual English/French speaking with the ability to converse in both technical and business conversations is highly preferred.

Bonus Points If:

  • Bachelor’s Degree +

  • Previous technology consulting work experience is an asset.

  • Hands on experience on Marketing Cloud Engage

  • Have worked on Data Cloud, Loyalty Cloud and/or MCP activation use cases

  • Certifications with Salesforce marketing suite

  • Ability and willingness to split time between management and hands-on software design, development, and review

  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to deliver constructive feedback and the ability to lead by example

  • Hands on experience estimating development tasks

  • Ability to anticipate issues and formulate remedial actions

  • Experience managing and/or being managed by remote teams/offices

  • Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills

  • Bonus points for experience with: Agile (SAFe) project management methodology and associated tools like JIRA, Confluence, etc.
