Entry Level Strategy Analyst Development Program - Summer Analyst (Intern) - NAELFY25

As part of our Strategy Summer Program, you’ll have a 10-week experience that mirrors the learning, networking along with hands on experience serving our clients. - Build your network during office events and volunteer opportunities to gain a sense of inclusion and diversity
- Work closely with clients to analyze how their business is working today and how it could be improved for tomorrow
- Partner with your teammates to show support for their projects and lend your knowledge
- Dig in deep to research, analyze data and come up with great recommendations
- Practice sharing your vision with strong presentations and well-written reports
- Use data visualization skills, charts, graphs and other data models to bring your analysis to life
- Leverage skills such as research and insight development, analytic and business problem solving, operating model architecture, and financial analysis

The work location requires working onsite with our clients and partners or in our offices and delivery centers to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.
Please note that with all our roles, you should expect some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities.

Qualifications
Here’s what you need:
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any major with an anticipated graduation date (at the time of application) of December 2025 through August 2026
- If applying for Montreal location, must be fluently bilingual in English and French
- Major in any subject that has pushed you to think critically and given you opportunities to solve problems (i.e., business, economics, commerce, computer science, engineering, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
- Feels comfortable leading workshops, asking others for input and telling stories as a presentation style
- Has experience using data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx) or programming languages (R, Python, Julia, SQL)
- Think critically and have taken classes in statistics or data analytics
- Adept at navigating ambiguity, demonstrated quantitative skills, and thinks analytically
- Understands the implementation of data analytics in solving problems
- Know you still have a lot to learn and are willing to be a lifelong learner
English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.
