Entry Level Consulting Analyst Development Program - Summer Analyst (Intern) - Canada - NAELFY25

As part of our Consulting Summer Program, you’ll have a 10-week experience that mirrors the learning, networking along with hands on experience serving our clients. Kick-start your summer in our Consulting Development Program (CDP) to learn the latest skills
- Deliver new technologies and unique business solutions to world class clients.
- Provide management support and analyze/improve business processes.
- Develop change management and organizational strategies.
- Build front-end solutions or design and implement software.
- Analyze project statistics and business data to read the story behind the numbers
- Combine Artificial Intelligence (AI) with data, analytics and automation under a strategic vision to scale AI and transform business—across every function and process.
- Make an impact and unlock value for our clients by being a trusted advisor with a strategic mindset, solving their most complex problems, and identifying opportunities across the digital value chain.
- Implement your creativity to enhance digital experiences, focusing on consumer growth and improved user experiences.
- Learn to leverage capabilities such as AI, Machine Learning, IoT/Edge Computing, Wifi/5G Connections, Augmented Reality, Wearables, Cloud Platforms, Cyber Security, Digital Twin and Thread and Robotics, Design Thinking and Research Methodologies.

CDP - Applied Intelligence alignment
- Use quantitative methods and statistical models to create insights, patterns, and outcomes from data to inform strategic decisions
- Utilize AI to unlock new potential for businesses by augmenting and extending human capabilities. Additionally, unlock the value in unstructured data through search analytics, natural language processing (NLP), and machine learning, and create visualizations that make data consumable and actionable
CDP – Song alignment
- Immerse yourself in a global creative agency, working on cutting-edge projects for some of the world's leading brands, and helping shape the future of digital experiences. You will have exposure to projects in marketing, e-commerce, UX design, and product and services development, contributing to client business growth through relevance.
- Marketing: Craft compelling digital campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- E-commerce: Build high-performance e-commerce platforms and optimize online shopping experiences.
- Design & Digital Products: Design and develop innovative digital products.
- Services: Improve customer experiences through service design and optimization digital service delivery.
CDP – Industry X
- Leverage engineering and manufacturing expertise to assist clients in sustainably reimagining the design, manufacturing, and servicing of their products.
- Inspire change through process transformation, product design, build and delivery.
- Enhance production reliability, product quality, worker safety, and sustainable operations through a more efficient digital workforce.
- Leverage organizational, operational, and technical models to enable modernization of core operations across operations, maintenance, quality, and manufacturing.
The work location requires working onsite with our clients and partners or in our offices and delivery centers to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.
Please note that with all of our roles, you should expect some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities.

Qualifications
Here’s what you need:
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any major with an anticipated graduation date (at the time of application) of December 2025 through August 2026
- If applying for Montreal location, must be fluently bilingual in English and French
Preferred Qualifications
- Are known for being analytical, looking at things from all angles and feel comfortable getting up in front of a group of people to lead workshops
- Familiarity with core consulting skills business, processes, organizational strategies, project management and an interest in technology
- Excellent written and verbal communications, team and people skills; ability to share information and communicate clearly with management and team members
- Ability to multi-task, solve problems and drive critical tasks to completion with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of programming languages and tools (ex. Python, R, SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik, SAS/SPSS, TensorFlow, etc.), and prior work or coursework focusing on Data Analysis, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Automation, Analytics Transformation Strategy & Innovation, etc.
- Experience with programming languages (ex. Java, JavaScript, etc.), modern frameworks (ex. Angular, React, Node, Spring, etc.) and/or design thinking, user story mapping, etc.
- Exposure to programming-related projects in Mobile Application Design (iOS, Swift, Android).
English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that may be hired in British Columbia as set forth below.
