You Are: 

A skilled industry practitioner who knows how to reinvent Geospatial Arena in the new digital world.  You have experience configuring, migrating and installation of Esri Enterprise Software stack .

An highly skilled Esri GIS System Analyst to join our team, focusing on supporting client. As an ideal candidate you will have extensive experience with ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, and ArcGIS REST API, as well as strong skills in SQL, Azure, and Geodatabase management.  You understand that co-location with clients and teams is critical to innovation, and you are ready to partner at client sites.  

The Work:  

  • Install, setup and configure ArcGIS Pro projects and ArcGIS Enterprise integrations.
  • Understand and articulate the full ArcGIS Enterprise suite, including licensing, environments, integrations, and testing
  • Navigate and manage the REST API for integrations.
  • Provide technical solutions for complex issues and find innovative solutions to ongoing problems.
  • Respond to client requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with GIS teams and other stakeholders.
  • Engage in Peer reviews and contribute to the development of best practices
  • Expected travel 25%

English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Esri GIS
    • Experience with the full ArcGIS Enterprise suite.
    • Proficiency in ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS REST API, SQL, and Azure.
    • Strong knowledge of Geodatabase management and configuration.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience working with GIS server administration and maintenance, along with installation, configuration, troubleshooting, performance tuning and diagnosis.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience)
  • Strong prompt skills to aid in AI-related queries

Professional Skill Requirements 

  • Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment 
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment 
  • Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to document and clearly outline GIS solutions and workflows using Visio and other tools.
