The work: 

Kick-start your career in our Consulting Development Program. We empower aspiring experts with the tools and support to navigate their unique growth journey, helping you develop core advisory skills along with the technical, functional, and industry acumen needed for success. 

  • Work closely with clients to learn how their business is working today  

  • Roll up your sleeves and come up with good ideas on how to improve business processes  

  • Deliver new technologies and unique business solutions to world class clients  

  • Analyze project statistics and business data to read the story behind the numbers  

  • Provide management support and analyze/improve business processes  

  • Develop change management and organizational strategies  

  • Make an impact and unlock value for our clients by being a trusted advisor with a strategic mindset, solving their most complex problems, and identifying opportunities across the digital value chain.

  • Combine Artificial Intelligence with data, analytics, and automation under a strategic vision to scale AI and transform businesses   

  • Use quantitative methods and statistical models to create insights, patterns, and outcomes from data.  

  • Inspire change through process transformation, product design, build and delivery  

  • Learn to leverage capabilities such as AI, Machine Learning, IoT/Edge Computing, Wifi/5G Connections, Augmented Reality, Wearables, Cloud Platforms, Cyber Security, Digital Twin and Thread and Robotics, Design Thinking and Research Methodologies 

 

The work location for this role requires working onsite with our clients and partners or in our offices and delivery centers to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships. 

 

Please note that with all our roles, you should expect to be in-person for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications: 

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Masters degree in any major with an anticipated graduation date (at the time of application) by August 2025 

  • If applying for Montreal location, must be fluently bilingual in English and French 

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Major in any subject that has pushed you to think critically and given you opportunities to solve problems (i.e., business, economics, commerce, computer science, engineering, etc.)  

  • Are known for being analytical, looking at things from all angles and feel comfortable getting up in front of a group of people to lead workshops 

  • Familiarity with core consulting skills business, processes, organizational strategies, project management and an interest in technology 

  • Ability to adjust quickly and confidently when faced with change, engage and enables team members to reach a common goal, seek out answers, drive solutions and get results, and follow through on what you say you’ll do, while also knowing when to ask for help.

  • Knowledgeable of programming languages and tools (ex. Python, R, SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik, SAS/SPSS, TensorFlow, etc.), and prior work or coursework focusing on Data Analysis, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Automation, Analytics Transformation Strategy & Innovation, etc. 

 

English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.
