This role is in our Local ATCs (Montreal) and will require on-site work 2-3 days per week
Please note that with all our roles, you should expect some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.
Candidates will be selected to participate in a training path in one of the following SAP areas based on their experience, degree, and interest: Integration/Development, Data Migration/Governance, Supply Chain/Manufacturing, Global Trade Services, Finance, or SuccessFactors Human Resources. You will assist in the configuration, development, support, and maintenance of SAP systems.
Qualifications
Here’s what you need
Basic Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree or completion of a college diploma
- Previous exposure to SAP
- Fluency in French and English
- This role is in our Local ATCs (Montreal) and will require on-site work 2-3 days per week
- English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Integration/Development: exposure to SAP ABAP, integration/middleware, object-oriented programming concepts, or Fiori. At minimum, computer programming language experience (e.g., SQL, Java, Python, C#, C++, C)
- Supply Chain/Manufacturing: exposure to SAP Material Management, Production Planning, Warehouse Management, Plant Maintenance, Quality Management, and Transportation Management processes
- Finance: foundational knowledge in SAP finance and accounting modules like General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, and Asset Accounting.
- SuccessFactors Human Resources: exposure to SuccessFactors, or other human capital management and/or Payroll tools and processes
- Great communication, collaboration, and presentations skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential to collaborate with client counterparts and project teams
