YOU ARE:
A talented Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labour and Absence Lead with a strong background in Time & Labour. You’re a problem-solver with the keen ability to diagnose a client’s unique needs. You have an eye for creating solutions and can see the gap between where a client is at and where they need to be, and love creating a blueprint to get them there.
Qualifications
WHO WE´RE LOOKING FOR?
7 or more years of demonstrated experience implementing Oracle HCM Cloud- Time and Labour as well as Absence module.
Minimum of three (3) successfully delivered HCM Cloud Implementations preferred
Able to advise and lead on best practice, map business processes to delivered functionality, document requirements, configure application functionality, and assist with testing.
Experience leading workshops (Process, design, configuration, test and validate) and proven involvement as a project lead preferred.
Good understanding of project implementation methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid Agile)
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, etc.)
Resourceful problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
Ability to work with executive leaders to drive the project forward
Experience reporting to senior client contacts, managing client teams, in addition to on and offsite, and offshore functional and technical teams
Must have experience collaborating with clients on business process enhancements
Ability to meet travel requirement per project needs
Bonus points if:
You have a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with 5+ years’ experience in consulting
You have Oracle HCM Cloud Certifications with Time and Labour and/or Absence
Preference for multi-lingual resources with focus on French and English but not required
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that may be hired in British Columbia as set forth below.
