You Are:
You are a next-generation thinker when it comes to what we call Data in the New. Your superpower? Using the latest data and analytics technologies to help clients gain the most value from their data. You know how to come up with strategies, solutions, and processes for managing enterprise-wide data throughout the data life cycle. You’re a digital native who’s right at home when the challenge calls for teamwork and originality.

 

What You’ll Do:

·       MDM design, development, support, and operations with SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) MDM product suite (e.g., IDMC, Reltio etc.), C360/B360

·       Define Master Data Management strategies, implementing MDM services and capabilities, Metadata Management, Data Governance, and Data Quality solutions ((e.g., IICS, Informatica CDQ, Informatica CDGC, Collibra etc.)

·       Develop and implement Master Data Management (MDM) solutions with SaaS and configure MDM tools based on specifications. 

·       Enterprise level data analysis and integration work and/or providing data focused systems integration solutions which demonstrate business acumen and the ability to apply technology solutions to solve business problems.

·       Support Installation and perform administration functions for the industry popular MDM architecture/platform. 

·       Support design, configuration, and development of MDM hub and its custom objects. Own technical deliverables including the codebase.

·       Support development of "data models", and define MDM rules for best matching algorithm, configure identity matching and workflows.

·       Support implementation of master data management processes including master data attributes, survivorship, master record onboarding, enrichment sources, bulk upload, data quality validations and golden records publication.

Participate and contribute to data source identification, data mapping, functional design and detail design.

Qualifications

What You Need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of working as a MDM consultant or directly with clients leveraging popular tools like Informatica, Reltio, Stibo, Tibco etc.
  • A minimum of 3 years in a role that had taken ownership of the data assets for the organization to provide users with high-quality data that is accessible in a consistent manner. 
  • A minimum of 3 years facilitating Data cleansing and enrichment through data de-duplication and construction
  • A minimum of 3 years in a role that discovered captures the current state of the system, encompassing processes such as data discovery, profiling, inventories.  
  • A minimum of 3 years in a role that defined processes include data classification, business glossary creation and business rule definition. 
  • A minimum of 3 years in a role that applied processes with aim to operationalize and ensure compliance with policies and include automating rules, workflows, collaboration etc. 
  • English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in a role that led measurement and monitoring to determine the value generated and include impact analysis, data lineage, proactive monitoring, operational dashboards and business value. 
  • Experience in a role that led repeatable, iterative, and standardized processes to define how the data should be governed. At a minimum, below processes and procedures must have been practiced.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that may be hired in British Columbia as set forth below.
