As a Workday Consultant, your primary responsibilities may include:
- Serve as an escalation point for critical issue resolution.
- Provide subject matter expertise to aid in decision making related to the Recruiting solution.
- Architect Workday solutions to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and impacts are considered and mitigated.
- Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices.
- Demonstrate design options using prototyping.
- Understand and apply Workday and Accenture methodologies.
- Provide the Project Manager with status updates and keep them apprised of overall project status.
- Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder management to achieve project objectives.
- Ensure the client takes advantage of Workday best practices.
- Support innovation through the creation of new industry leading methods and assets
- Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements
Qualifications
Here's what you need:
- Workday Certification
- Minimum of 2 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Sr. Consultant, or similar level role
- Minimum of 2 years of Workday Implementations
- Minimum of managing 1+ person
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience.
Bonus Points if:
- 5+ years years prior experience implementing Workday with a certified Workday implementer.
- Desire to broaden your expertise by obtaining Workday certifications and/or gaining deep expertise in additional functional areas
- Thrive in a diverse, fast paced environment.
- Think analytically and can effectively apply logic to solve problems.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines, despite conflicting demands.
