The Global Sales Enablement team is dedicated to equipping our sales teams & leaders with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. This includes the delivery of our Global Sales Enablement Strategy aimed at cultivating a high-performance sales culture. 

The Instructor Senior Analyst will develop and own mechanisms to enable the sales and support teams within their designated region. This person is an experienced and talented enablement or sales leader who will drive impactful and cross-functional initiatives. They will operate as the single threaded owner of all Enablement programs in-region including onboarding new joiners, creating and delivering continuous training sessions and sales skill development modules. 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify sales skills and knowledge gaps, partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to build targeted programs that increase efficiency, expertise, and overall impact for sales and support teams in the region. 

  • Create structured sales training programs including modules on sales techniques, objection handling, closing strategies and customer relationship management. 

  • Work with subject matter experts to create effective and engaging training programs on products, tools and services available to sales reps. 

  • Onboard New Hires leveraging a a global onboarding process and LMS

  • Track the effectiveness of training programs by monitoring sales metrics, conducting post-training assessments, and making adjustments as needed. 

  • Ensure training sessions are aligned with the company’s overall sales process and strategies. 

  • Manage sales enablement technology platforms, repositories and knowledge hubs to provide sales reps with easy access to necessary information and resources. 

  • Deliver comprehensive training programs for new hires to accelerate their integration into the sales team. 

  • Collaborate with regional sales leadership and global sales enablement teams to identify and address sales enablement needs, providing ongoing support and resources to the sales team. 

  • Assist in the creation and review of global eLearning courses, assessments and certifications. 

  • Create and manage regional training calendars. 

Qualifications

This is a hybrid role out of our Mississauga office. You will be required to be in-office 3 days per week except for onboarding waves, which will likely take place once every 2-3 months. For those instances, the requirement will be in-office 5 days per week.

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of training experience in a sales environment 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in Digital Advertising / Marketing industry

  • Proven ability to create sales process, methodology or upleveling training sessions from topic identification through delivery

  • Clear and effective communication skills 

  • Engaging and strong on-camera presence 

  • Experience with sales organizations operating in a virtual environment 

  • Effective presentation skills with the ability to own a room and influence sellers 

  • Strong public speaking skills with proven ability to deliver materials clearly and effectively 

  • Presentation design skills with proven examples of clear, concise and engaging training decks or modules 

  • Experience in a fast-paced dynamic environment, balancing strategic priorities with high-quality, tactical execution 

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with leaders and subject matter experts 

  • Strong time management skills 

  • Able to translate conceptual thoughts to functional tasks 

  • Experience using software such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Kahoot, Mentimeter, Docebo and / or Asana

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Certifications or degrees in adult learning, public speaking, instructional design, sales training or similar a plus
