Within Operations, we are growing our Digital Inside Sales (DIS) team. Our groundbreaking approach to sales brings clients the right combination of trusted technical sellers and innovative technology, powered by data and insights

Key Responsibilities

  •  Coach, lead, and develop the next generation of sales leaders 
  • Drive sales team performance by directly leading Digital Inside Sales sellers and execution against daily, weekly and monthly target
  • Conduct group and individual sales meetings on a regular cadence 
  • Implement effective sales and messaging strategies for each team member by creating individualized performance plans to support their continued success 
  • Provide input to Sales and Program leadership, sharing market trends and customer feedback to drive future sales 
  • Use dashboard reporting and data analysis to manage seller performance daily
  • Generate weekly data analysis and reporting 
  • Own team performance against sales targets; implement sales execution process 

This is a hybrid role in Toronto, ON.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications: 

  • Minimum of 3 years of Sales Manager, inside sales, experience managing full cycle sales teams with sales cycles longer than 60 days
  • Minimum of 3 years coaching, managing, and mentoring up to 12 full cycle sales reps

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • Fluency with data analytic tools (Power BI, Tableau) and experience using CRM systems and prospecting tools
  • Sales management in the telco industry
