Our Bulgarian Technology team is currently implementing complex global projects in a vast portfolio of industries – e-commerce, retail, insurance, banking, telecommunications, automotive, public sector, travel and culture.

We're looking for a results-oriented Recruiter to join our dynamic team and play a key role in building our world-class workforce. We are looking for an experienced colleague who will:

  • Take active part and ownership in the whole recruitment process from applications’ sourcing, interviews and offers. You will be managing the entire E2E recruitment process of your candidates.

  • Be partner with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.

  • Use all the well-known sources to attract candidates. We are also very open to exploring new options as well so if you would like to explore potential gold minds for attracting candidates, drop your CV now.

  • Collaborate with recruitment agencies.

Qualifications

  • 2 years recruitment experience in a multinational organization.

  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.

  • Proven ability to work independently and as a team member.

  • Excellent computer literacy.

  • Great communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Fluency in English.
