The Work
As a Scrum Master, you will:
- Facilitate Agile processes and ensure the seamless delivery of transformation projects.
- Collaborate with data engineers, frontend/backend developers, and DevOps engineers to migrate from a monolithic architecture to agile, scalable microservices that meet future business and technology needs.
- Act as an enabler, guiding the team in Agile methodologies to ensure successful project execution.
- Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Develop and support proof of concepts, estimates, and conceptual designs, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Identify scope, define requirements, and create functional or technical specifications.
- Coordinate implementation and support change efforts, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications
What You Bring
- Proven delivery experience in Agile project environments and as a team leader in delivery projects.
- Expert proficiency in Agile Project Management and Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with Agile Process Coaching and Distributed Agile Development (ADM).
- Strong facilitation skills to address team performance issues and empower effective collaboration.
- Ability to promote Agile best practices and foster a culture of innovation within teams.
- Language proficiency: Fluency in Dutch or French is required, along with English at a professional level.
- Availability to work onsite in Brussels at least once a week.
Bonus Points
- Experience with test automation strategies and test execution and management.
- A keen understanding of industry-specific challenges in the Utilities sector.
- A Master's degree in a relevant field.
