What you’ll do
- Your role will be IT Functional Analyst for a Large Financial Institution
- You will have the opportunity to be involved in a delivery lifecycle of a large-scale IT implementation.
- You will be part of an international team coordinating with offshore resources.
- Activities will include: o Support to Functional Analyses (identification of requirements from business stakeholders and their translation into functional designs for existing or new applications):
- Interactions with the Development teams (on-shore and off-shore) to share the functional designs and perform quality assurance activities on the development delivery.
- Analyze complex systems and how to integrate meaningful solutions.
- Coordinate with different stakeholders of the client to align on requirements.
- Perform functional testing on the delivery performed by the off-shore teams
- This is a key opportunity for you to learn the full application delivery lifecycle, leveraging the Agile methodology, and to build functional expertise in the banking industry.
- Additionally, you will be coached in dynamic team where he will be able to learn the client-consultant dynamics.

Qualifications
- You have business analysis skills to translate clients’ needs into functional requirements
- You are always willing and able to learn, especially in challenging, faced-paced environments.
- You have very good analytical skills & can play an active role in workshops with the client o You are enthusiastic and can work both independently as well as in a team
- You are interested to learn about project methodology and structured Agile working
- You want to launch your career in Technology – Financial Services.
- You are curious to know how different technologies can help companies to grow further in the future
- You have a positive attitude and enjoy working in a diverse team from all walks of life, cultures, and creeds
- You are keen to learn new methodologies, processes, and technologies
- You’re fluent in English with French and/or Dutch
- You’re studying a Bachelor or a Master’s degree in any educational background and will be graduating in 2024
- You’re available for minimum 12–15 week during the 2nd semester
