Introduction
We are currently looking for an experienced Delivery Lead in Insurance to join our team in our offices in Brussels.
Your job
- Be the counterpart of the CIO of a major insurance company in Belgium
- Take over delivery responsibility in various transformation projects in the insurance sector
- Manage the program & account financials
- Steer & drive teams to success at the customer
- Create program plans, follow-up in a KPI driven way, mitigate risks proactively
- Help growing the insurance portfolio within Belgium & Luxembourg, by actively driving business development / proposals with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Bring the latest innovation and technology ideas in order to inspire, plan, deliver and execute of one or more Technology projects and programs for Accenture or its clients.
- Work to ensure appropriate resources are mobilized and programs/projects/portfolios meet operational, contractual and economic commitments.
- May manage service quality, cost and leadership of the people delivering services across one client deal and /or country.

Qualifications
Your background
- More than 10 years of experience in a role as delivery lead within IT domain
- Strong knowledge & experience of Insurance products
- IT transformation expertise in Financial Services sector (Banking/Insurance/Capital Market)
- Extended knowledge on the Agile methodology
- Excellent communicative skills in English, good command of French or Dutch
