Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Roadmap Manager to join our team. As a Roadmap Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing transformative roadmaps that integrate technologies with business imperatives. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of the Utilities industry landscape, business and enterprise architecture principles, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with delivery teams.

Your Job

Your key responsibilities at our clients include:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and client representatives to understand business objectives, priorities, and challenges, and translate them into a roadmap supported by existing and new technologies.
  • Apply enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies to define and maintain the roadmap, ensuring alignment with business and organizational goals.
  • Evaluate technology trends, industry trends, and best practices relevant to the Utilities sector, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Work closely with delivery teams to ensure alignment between the roadmap and delivery capabilities.
  • Communicate roadmap priorities, milestones, and dependencies to internal and external stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Monitor progress against the roadmap, identifying risks and issues, and proactively implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Continuously assess and refine the roadmap based on feedback, changing business needs, and evolving market trends.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams involved in roadmap execution, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in roadmap management, enterprise architecture or business architecture, and this within the Utilities sector. Expertise of MIG6 is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of technology trends and their impact on Utilities industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects and initiatives, from inception to delivery, within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing risks and issues.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional environment, collaborating with diverse teams to achieve common goals.
  • Perfectly fluent in English, and professional proficiency in both Dutch and French.
