Client Data Protection Support Account Services

Overall, Purpose of the Role:

The client data protection manager will be responsible for assessing and establishing data protection controls and standards on client engagements to reduce business risk to Accenture. Certifications nice to have, CISA, CISSP, CIPP ISO27001 Auditor, CRISC, CISM, GISF.

Roles and Responsibilities

The individual needs to drive below activities for the Account and support Account Information security lead to:

· Establish Client Data Protection (CDP) processes and coordinate CDP activities across all parts of the Client Account.

· Mobilize and validate CDP controls: Proactively manage and update the CDP plan to maintain it as a living document, paying special attention to CDP Plans for high-risk contracts.

· Monitor timely completion of CDP Risk Assessments/Screening, Quality Assurance Assessments.

· Monitor each Control Owner’s execution of the CDP program controls and verify compliance

· Report status and escalate issues to Senior Leadership, as necessary.

· Ensure compliance to Roll-on/Roll-off and ACL process.

· Support Audit compliance

· Additional responsibilities:

o Process & Administrative Support: operations, tooling and logistics support

o Resource Management: demand/supply tracking, manage onboarding/offboarding processes, resource scheduling/tracking/ reporting.

o Governance & Control: implement governance standards including tracking, monitoring, reporting status of project/program deliverables
