Descripción De La Posición
Develop, implement, and end-to-end testing strategies using quality processes, tools, and methodologies. Translate requirements for products, systems, infrastructure, and software into test specifications. Create and implement test plans. Develop, implement and/or execute test plans and tests, including accessibility testing, as required. Monitor and manage test results, ensuring testing objectives have been satisfied.
As a UAT Support it is required to:
- Identify and raise / escalate as needed any challenges or inconsistencies within their area of responsibility.
- Be able to identify possible areas for improvement, enhancements (at product, process and tools level)
- Adhere to strategic direction set by Management when establishing near-term goals.
- Interact with Management within the team, cross area, interact with collaborating areas (CIO, Incident Support, Technical Teams, CS Tower managers)
And as a User Acceptance Test (UAT) Support Coordinator, you will need to:
- Work closely with the Product Owners of the different requirements and user stories in scope and be able to develop a detailed UAT Plan.
- Create the detailed scenarios and expected results based on the high-level use cases presented by the Product Owners.
- Work closely with the different intervenient areas (Release Management, CIO IT Delivery partners, Product Owners, System Integration Testing Lead) to build a thorough plan and make sure the milestones are met to help achieve a clean go live.
- Validate that the business requirements are met based on the in-scope test cases.
- Coordinate all steps needed to accomplish UAT (understand scope, profiles needed, request for the accesses, coordinate with the testers, assign scenarios and follow-up the testing progress).
- Report, log and follow-up on any defects until closure to make sure they don’t impact the production environment once the new scope is implemented.
- Coordinate daily check-in meetings during UAT to understand the progress, plan for the day and address any possible issues timely.
- Provide daily updates on the UAT progress to the business.
- Escalate as needed.
- Assist the development Lead during Cutover.
- Coordinate business checkouts once the code is in production.
- Coordinate with the Business / Management the corresponding go – no go and obtain the formal sign off.
Requisitos
MUST HAVE
· Needs to be proactive, self-starter, able to understand how the requirements “translate” to the detailed level.
· Understand issues management process.
. Advanced English level.
NICE TO HAVE
· Testing automation skills
· Scenarios detailed design and status reporting
· Quick learner, able to deal with ambiguity.
· Basic understanding of MMS functionality.
· Qualtrics Dashboards (must have prior reporting/dashboard experience with any other tools)
· Familiarity with Ticketing systems (ServiceNow, ADO, etc.) and Work Management Tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
