HOW WILL YOUR EVERYDAY BE?
- Engage with senior management as part of go to market team and assists in sales and project delivery.
- Bring industry knowledge, world class capabilities, innovation and digital experience to our clients in the Metal and Natural Resources industry to help them raise their performance to new heights.
- Work with leading Mining & Metal companies, major customers and suppliers to develop and execute global strategies, manage complex change initiatives and integrate solutions to meet changing business challenges.
- Work for engagements with clients in the area of Digital transformation, operational excellence, drive initiatives around Analytics and upcoming AI technologies.
- Be able to deliver potential solutions along application of digital technologies and production units, capex project management, business process optimization, operational excellence, managing ERP related processes, maintenance and reliability and industrial automation.
- Harness extensive knowledge combined with an integrated suite of methods, people and assets to deliver sustainable long-term solutions.
- Provide executives and their teams with the necessary strategies and tools to position their organizations for high performance in the new market realities.
Requisitos
IF YOUR PROFILE MATCHES THESE REQUIREMENTS:
- MBA, Engineering Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical / Mining / Production / Mechanical or similar streams.
- 12+ years consulting experience and/or Metal / Natural Resources industry.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Provide depth of knowledge and experience across all facets of Mining & Metal to help companies seize opportunities in a world of constant change
- Thorough understanding of Metal value chain (Raw Material supply chain, Metal Production processes, Sales and Distribution, Maintenance.
- Knowledge of analytics and Machine learning
- Proficiency in python, SQL and other programming can provide added advantage
- Knowledge of Mining and Metal business processes and key KPIs in Mining & Metal industry.
- Knowledge or exposure to enterprise solutions like SAP, Oracle, etc and/or business solutions like optimization tools, Inventory Management Solutions etc.
- Understanding of Innovative application and next generation technology (AI, IT/OT) for improvement in Mining Metal industry
- Knowledge of Digital trends and application in Mining & Metal industry
- Experience of creating business use cases for digital application in Mining & Metal industry
- Exposure to Operational reporting and understanding the pain areas in metal industry
- Experience of successfully delivering business process management, and operations excellence projects
- Analytics capability to provide business intelligence on consumer and market trends
- Supply Chain Experience in Procurement, Logistics, Inventory Management
- Global perspective and understanding of business marketplace
- Project management skills
- Negotiation, mediation and conflict management skills to resolve complex issues
- Change Management Skills
- Able to provide sound solutions to executives within all aspects of Metal value chain
- People Management skills—supervision of Accenture analysts, consultants
