In Accenture, within the Strategy & Consulting – Global Network area, we work with leading global clients to design and implement strategies that drive transformation and sustainable growth. As part of our team, you will collaborate on projects that combine innovation, deep analysis, and strategic execution, helping organizations tackle their most complex challenges.
HOW WILL YOUR EVERYDAY BE? 💥
Participate in large global programs which help Industrial clients (mainly in North America) design and implement new business processes, organization capabilities and digitally enabled solutions to provide them with the necessary strategies and tools to position their organizations for high performance. Work as a part of a multi-disciplinary global team on defining solutions for complex projects (e.g. e-commerce, Digital Transformation, Dealer Management, Service Operations) for large OEMs, OESs and Dealer Channels.

Requisitos
📍 IF YOUR PROFILE MATCHES THESE REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate should have more than 2 years of experience working in industrial companies, dealers or companies that provide services to the above.
- Experience in some of these domains: Sales / Service / Rental / Telematics / Logistics /Marketing.
- Agile Methodology knowledge (Scrum or SAFE) (Desirable)
- Functional knowledge in SAP / MS Dinamics / BC / CE (Desirable)
📍 KEY COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:
- Advanced English (mandatory)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication (written and oral) skills and excellent presentation skills
- Comfortable working at the highest levels of client organizations
- Understand customer needs and translate them to business requirements (business requirement definition)
- Ability to independently liaise with customers and convincingly present solutions.
- Excellent teamwork and ability to work in distributed delivery environment.
