Enterprise Agility Consultant may serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders to execute a Transformation Journey with our clients by collaborating closely to understand their business objectives, challenges and requirements in order to translate these insights into a compelling product vision, strategy and roadmap.
📌 How will your everyday be?
- Provide strategic consulting on IT operating models, guiding clients to optimize their IT processes and align them with overall business goals.
- Collaborate closely with client IT operations teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of products with the overall IT operating model.
- Work with client stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring they align with business objectives and deliver maximum value.
- Lead and manage the product backlog, ensuring it reflects the client’s priorities.
- Deliver thought leadership and guidance on agile methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within client organizations.
- Monitor and report on product performance using metrics and client feedback to drive continuous improvement and optimization
Requisitos
📌 Basic qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (completed)- MBA may be a plus.
- High proficiency of English.
- 3-5 years of experience in Agile projects.
- Consultancy background is a plus.
- Agile Principles and Data Strategy Know How.
- Deep knowledge regarding transformative technologies.
