Rodolfo Eschenbach is the market unit lead for Accenture in Latin America. He is also a member of Accenture’s Global Management Committee.
With over 28 years of experience at Accenture, Rodolfo has led multiple national and international transformation initiatives for major Accenture clients. He has deep industry and functional leadership skills, a rigorous client focus, and an extensive track record leading digital transformations. Petrobras, Unilever, Natura, and Brazilian Telecom are among the many clients Rodolfo has served.
Prior to his current role, Rodolfo led Accenture’s Strategy & Consulting business in Latin America from March 2020 until September 2022. Before that, he headed Accenture’s Resources business in the region, doubling its revenues. Rodolfo also led Accenture’s digital business in Latin America, creating an early leadership position for the company and growing his team fivefold in two-and-a-half years through key acquisitions and recruiting.
Rodolfo serves on the faculty of Accenture’s Leadership Development Program and as a global co-sponsor representing Growth Markets. He also represents Accenture on the Board of Directors of Petronect, a joint venture of SAP, Petrobras, and Accenture.
During the Covid-19 pandemic, Rodolfo led a team that partnered with other companies to help the Brazilian government obtain scarce ventilator equipment and worked with an analytics team to increase government vaccine distribution. He has a strong personal commitment to inclusion and diversity, developing Accenture people, and serving local communities.
Rodolfo earned a postgraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Escola Politécnica de São Paulo and an Executive MBA in Finance at IBMEC. He has also participated in an executive development program at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
