When did you join Accenture, and what’s your role?
I joined in 2019 as a Senior Analyst, focusing on Salesforce solutions. Over time, I moved into leadership, mentoring developers, managing projects, and driving AI innovations like Agentforce for pre-sales optimization. Now, as an Associate Manager, I ensure our Salesforce solutions are scalable, efficient, and business-driven.
How did you get started in Salesforce?
I started as a Java developer but was drawn to Salesforce’s rapid growth and flexibility. Trailhead made it easy to upskill, and I soon realized its potential for innovation. Today, I integrate AI and automation to create smarter, more intuitive solutions.
Can you share a project you’re proud of?
I worked on a project that transformed sales forecasting and lead conversion using AI-driven automation. By reducing manual effort and improving data accuracy, we helped the client make faster, smarter decisions—enhancing customer engagement.
What does a typical workday look like?
My day includes stand-ups, design discussions, code reviews, and hands-on development. I also mentor developers, manage resources, and collaborate with clients to align solutions with business goals. Fridays wrap up with Fun Friday activities to recharge and stay motivated!
